Touch-Based Somatic Therapy

Alongside dialog-based therapy, I offer work with touch and movement inspired by the Omnitherapy approach and informed by years of somatic and movement practice. The process begins with words, creating space to articulate what is already alive and present in the moment. When it feels appropriate, we may continue on a treatment table, in full and comfortable clothing.

I work with a range of touch-based techniques within an ongoing dialogue, guided by listening, breath, movement, voice, and attention. The process is oriented toward responding to what the body is asking for in a given moment and exploring what may be holding or constricting it, whether through grounding and regulation or through new experiences that invite vitality, safety, and movement.

We allow the body to express itself, to move, and to discover new possibilities. Inner experiences, emotions, and thoughts are given space, and together we explore what seeks change from within bodily experience in a natural and organic way.

Unlike more conventional forms of touch-based work such as massage, where the client remains passive, this approach invites an ongoing and collaborative process. It is a living encounter in which the body participates actively, responding, directing and opening to movement, allowing a deeper and more meaningful meeting to unfold. The work is always guided by listening, choice, and consent.

Psychedelic-Informed Support

Psychedelics have been part of my life for many years and have shaped my path as a consciousness researcher, therapist, and guide of inner exploration. The potential of working with consciousness-expanding substances is wide and profound, yet for this potential to unfold it requires supportive conditions and a grounded foundation of preparation and experience.

Rather than a quick “miracle cure,” psychedelic work is often complex and at times challenging. The living encounter between body, psyche, spirit, and world can be deeply transformative, especially when approached with care, intention, and trust.

Psychedelic-informed therapy offers a space to explore past psychedelic experiences safely and without judgment, including the material that emerged during them and the meanings they carry. It also allows for inquiry into intentions, motivations, and patterns of use, as well as preparation and integration around future experiences. The work is informed by years of practical experience alongside a solid understanding of effects, risks, and responsible practice.

My yearslong involvement in rave and festival culture allows me to meet non-ordinary states of consciousness with both familiarity and grounded responsibility. Over the years, I have accompanied many people during psychedelic experiences in harm-reduction and safe-space contexts. At times, substances taken as recreation unexpectedly opened intense emotional worlds. When held within a curious and grounded space, such moments can shift from crisis into an opportunity for growth.

In recent years, I have been working with Kiyumi, facilitating psychedelic retreats in the Netherlands that include guided experiences with psilocybin mushrooms alongside workshops focused on embodiment, nature connection, and integration. During my clinical training at the Mental Health Center in Be’er Sheva, I also accompanied individuals living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in ketamine-assisted therapy. While these settings differ greatly, together they offer a broader view of an emerging field of ethical, sensitive, and deeply human work with the wonder of consciousness.

Group work

From time to time, I invite shared explorations into lived experiences grounded in honesty and curiosity. Through movement, embodied attention, and interpersonal presence, altered and expanded states of awareness may emerge, allowing emotions to be met and patterns of behavior to become visible.

There is a strong and transformative potential in participating in a group that invites exploration of the bodily foundations through which we organize ourselves together. The group setting supports inner movement, reflection, and renewal.

Growth unfolds within a shared and tangible space: something that can be touched, tested, and witnessed. This is a space that holds expression, visibility, and connection, allowing each participant to take part in a learning and evolving human field.
